Our theme for Lent is The Parables of Lent.  Week 5 is, "Receive Forgiveness: The Prodigal Son," Luke 15:11-32.  A wayward son returns to the forgiving embrace of his father, who welcomes him home.  We who have strayed return again and again to them embrace of our Father, through the sacrifice of his Son.
